Welcome to the Lowcountry Golf Course Owner's Association web site featuring a Golf Passbook Program Designed for Locals and Property Owners in the Lowcountry. |

 The 2008 Passbook offers 25 of the best courses from Hilton Head Island and the surrounding Lowcountry – truly outstanding golf for one great price, and a nominal per-round player fee. Once again, only 1,000 Golf Passbooks will be available for sale.
Player fees range from $25 to $42 (tax not included), except on courses where seasonal surcharges or other fees apply.
The 2008 Golf Passbook is valid from December 1, 2007 through November 30, 2008. Simply book your tee time (based on availability) no more than 24 hours in advance and enjoy the best that Lowcountry golf has to offer. It truly doesn't get any better!
